Rabbi Bill S. Tepper serves Temple Shalom of Winnipeg on a monthly basis. Rabbi Tepper holds B.A., M.A. and Bachelor of Education degrees. For fifteen years he taught

high school Drama and English. Rabbi Tepper received his Master of Arts in Hebrew Letters at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati and was ordained there in 2008.

 Rabbi Tepper served eight years as spiritual leader of Mizpah Congregation in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he was active in social justice, Jewish learning, and a guest speaker at schools, houses of worship and correctional institutes; he has taught at Georgia’s Camp Coleman, and Canada's Camp George. Rabbi Tepper is a Jewish educator and guest rabbi

throughout Greater Toronto. He and his family reside in Toronto.
