Through the exploration of the melodies of our Siddur and Machzor as well as popular music, we will discover how music can impact the spirit.
For thousands of centuries music has comforted, celebrated, educated and in many ways shaped our responses to the world. 
This introduction to Kavanah through Music is intended to inspire you to sing, chant or listen to music with intention (Kavanah). Regardless of the sound quality of our voices, we can experience music as a spiritual journey of prayer.
